The annual meeting of the General Body — which is the ultimate authority of MNTS. Every active member belongs to it, and every member has an equal vote. It is held between October and December.

- Who can vote?
- Every active member. The General Body comprises all active members with equal voting rights, and it is the ultimate authority of the organization. A quorum is 25 active members.
- When is it held?
- Annually, between October and December. Board elections are held every two years in November, and new officers take office on January 1.
- How do I run for the board?
- Any member in good standing for six months or more is eligible. See Serve on the Board under Get Involved.
