The banana-leaf feast — a full traditional meal served the way it is served at home in Tamil Nadu. MNTS introduced it to Minnesota in 2015, serving more than 400 guests, and it has been a community fixture since.

Why a banana leaf?
It is how a feast is traditionally served in Tamil Nadu — the leaf is the plate, the courses arrive in order, and the whole community eats together.
Is the food vegetarian?
